Jirou's Sleepy Naptime

So...I really think I'm going to go and nap in Kei-kun's office from now on. I woke up from a nap in my office and there was a huge spider climbing up my arm. I have nothing against spiders, but huge ones on you when you're waking up and not ready for it, is not cool! I spilled juice all over one of my blueprints and the ink ran :( Now I have to redo it all over again. It took me three days to do it before.....

Is nothing safe? First frogs, now spiders...next thing I know, I'm gonna wake up and I'll have a tiger gnawing on my head :|

And I almost got ran over today, by someone who couldn't see that the pedestrian light said green. That was terrifying. He braked just in time, but god, I was so scared. I just sort of froze. Got to be one of the closest calls with death I've had. I didn't see him at all.

...I just want to go and nap for a long, long time and wake up without frightening things on me. I mean, other things can be on me~! Like kittens or rabbits or birds. Cute things. Things that won't make me wary of napping.

I'm so excited for the trip to England already. Nii-chan says that I've been bouncing even more than the time I was waiting for the Uni exam results! I didn't think that was possible. But I really can't wait already. I've been to England before, but never really without a translator or a tourguide. It'll be nice to go by ourselves, ne, Gakkun?

And I really, really want to thank Kirihara Akaya-kun and Krauser Liliadent-kun for their help with my dog-translator! I think we're making a lot of progress as far as variations go and we can't wait to see how it works on the rest of our sample population! Currently, the translators are working on making a word bank for cats, so I have another long wait while that goes forward. I wish I knew more about animals and things so I could help out there, but I'm just a mechanic.

Goals for the New Year, right! Hmmm, I kinda want to finish the animal translator for at least four animals! It's been around for ages as far as my usual projects go! Then, I want to try and push the mobile charger that uses your own body's electricity to have more publicity. I think it's really neat! And of course, try and figure out this bacteria thing. But those are work related stuff, so it doesn't reeeaaallly count.
As a person, I want to become someone who my friends can depend on. Because lately, it's been me using everyone as crutches. And I don't want that! Friendship is supposed to be a two-way street and I haven't been too great on that front. So I'm sorry for this past year, but I'm going to work on that!
